Helped with the start-up phase and the stakeholder management of Project Stroomlijn. Project Stroomlijn is concerned with the maintenance of vegetation for the river area (300 km) between Boven-Rijn, Waal and Bedijkte Maas rivers operated by Lievense commissioned by Rijkswaterstaat. I was responsible for the communication and the translation of use cases to business requirements.
