Ramadan begins today for Billions of Muslims around the world❤️

But why do Muslims fast during Ramadan? 
What's so special about this month? 

Ramadan is the 9th month of Islamic Lunar calendar and considered as the holiest month of all. 

In this month, Muslims across the world fast from the dawn till dusk as commanded by our Lord. 

But it’s just “Not eating or drinking” 
Yeah, not even water 🙂‍↔️

It's a sign of showing obligation towards our creator.

Fasting helps:-

✨to remind you of your human frailty and your dependence on God for sustenance
 
✨to show you what it feels like to be hungry and thirsty so you feel compassion for (and a duty to help) the poor and needy.
 
✨to reduce the distractions in life so you can more clearly focus on your relationship with God.

Fasting apart from its religious and spiritual benefits have uncountable physical, mental and psychological benefits for humans. 

These benefits are such great that it can truly change the way of your living. 

But but but. 

Ramadan isn't only about fasting of food for a month 🙌🏻

Grants Management: In my role as a Grants Officer at Dawar for Arts & Development, I was responsible for leading sub-granting activities in line with agreed budgets and action plans. I developed action plans and tools for project activities, contributed to the planning of future content development, and was diligent in documenting, reporting, and presenting findings from all activities.

I possess a unique combination of creativity and analytical skills, enabling me to design innovative cultural initiatives that resonate with various audiences. my background in art criticism enhances my ability to critically evaluate projects and ensure they are not only artistically compelling but also socially relevant. i am eager to contribute my expertise to organizations dedicated to cultural enrichment and community development. my ability to collaborate across disciplines and foster relationships allows me to bring diverse voices together, creating enriching experiences that celebrate and promote culture.
