No advices. No Learnings from me. 
But just the raw reality of what social media feels like these daysss.

Honestly, it's very hard to keep up with all the "social things" it takes to be a creator. 

I feel overwhelmed. 
I feel disconnected. 
I feel frustrated.


It's not just creating content about what you love doing.
Or creating becasue you feel like writing.

But it's the constant pressure of doing better than millions of creators on social media. 


Even if you don't want to compare your growth.
Even if you don't try to get in the trap of those huge numbers.


But the reality is tough.
No matter how hard we try, we fell in these traps. 

And I wonder, what if every social media platform had no numbers??

Like no one can see how many likes/comments/shares you got.
How many followers you have.
How would be that social media? 👀

The quick and easy way to effective LinkedIn post writing
 (Dale Carnegie would approve :)
Most LinkedIn posts fail for one simple reason:

They try too hard. 
Too hard to get seen. 

Focusing on click baits. 
Exaggerating numbers.
And what nottt!!

Effective writing here isn’t about sounding smart.
It’s about being "heard".

Here’s the Carnegie-style framework I followed to go from 0 to 53k+ 👇

1️⃣ Start with what the reader already feels

    People don’t care about your insight yet.
    They care about their problem.

→ A doubt
→ A frustration
→ A thought they had today
If they nod in the first two lines, you win.

2️⃣ Speak like a human, not a brochure
 No jargon.
 No corporate English.
 No “synergistic value creation”.

Go with:
 Short sentences.
 Simple words.
 Clear point.

Clarity beats cleverness. Always.

3️⃣ One post = one idea

 Don’t dump your entire brain in one post.
 That’s not value. That’s overwhelm.

One idea → One lesson → One takeaway
Make it easy to follow.
Easy things get read.

4️⃣ Prove your advice, don’t just preach!
 Advice is cheap but experience is expensive.

Instead of saying “Consistency matters”
Say “This is what happened when I stayed consistent”

Stories stick. Lectures don’t.

So next time you sit to write your posts, remember this:
Start giving people a reason to respond.
Ask something they want to answer.
Something personal. Something real.

The Carnegie rule still applies here:
 Make the reader feel understood.
 Make it easy. Make it human.

Do this consistently, and your posts won’t just get read.
They’ll get remembered.
They'll build your brand.

5 things that will make you fail terribly on LinkedIn in 2026

Let’s be honest.
 LinkedIn has changed.
 Most people haven’t.
They are still stuck in 2024 LinkedIn. 

Here’s what used to work vs what is working now 👇

1. Earlier: Chasing likes and viral posts
    Now: Chasing conversations and profile clicks

Virality feels good.
But Revenue feels much better.

2. Earlier: Treating LinkedIn like a hiring portal
    Now: Treating it like a trust-building platform

People don’t buy from faceless profiles. 
They buy from credible profiles that actually give value. 

3. Earlier: Posting generic “value” for everyone
     Now: Posting specific insights for one audience

If you talk to everyone, no one listens.

4. Earlier: Growing followers as the main goal
     Now: Growing connections that convert

10 buyers > 10,000 silent followers.
Focus on Buyers first. 

5. Earlier: Polished, AI-heavy, soulless content used to get views. 
     Now: Human stories, opinions, lived experiences perform far better. 

People connect with people.

LinkedIn in 2026 won’t reward noise.
It will reward clarity, consistency, and connection.

Build a brand people trust.
Not a feed people scroll past.

That’s how you build a real business here in 2026.

Your idea doesn’t need to be revolutionary.
It just needs to be sensible & relatable.

Because people:
→ Forget fast
→ Scroll faster
→ Live busy lives

And no, your audience is not stalking your feed.

They don’t read what you read.
They didn’t attend that webinar.

They don’t have your thought process. 
They don’t know what you know.

And that’s your advantage.

Your voice.
Your stories.
Your experiences.
Your way of saying it.

That’s the content.

So next time you think:
“It’s all been said before…”

“How I would have said that?”
