Led PR and Communications for the company and developed strategic communications campaigns to enhance the company's profile and strengthen its position as a leader in the traveling exhibition space. Orchestrated and secured media placements for CEO to increase brand awareness. Collaborated with PR agencies to secure over 2M global press impressions for Harry Potter™: The Exhibition. Coordinated and managed promotional events from end-to-end, ranging from press events and press trips to one-off influencer events and pop-up activations at industry conferences. Led Crisis Communications efforts by developing a process and sample messaging to manage communication during challenging situations.

Developed multi-channel communications to streamline earned, owned, and paid content for a portfolio of over 40+ traveling exhibitions serving clients such as science centers, zoos, aquariums, and integrated resort properties.
