Vor der Gründung war er Product Lead bei Valora Digital, wo er viel Erfahrung im Deskless Recruiting sammelte. 2021 gründete er Floq, sein erstes HR-Tech-Startup. Er arbeitete auch für Earlybird VC, Google und Kearney. Manuel hat einen Bachelor in Wirtschaftswissenschaften von der Universität St. Gallen und einen Master in Informatik vom University College London.

Over four years of experience in Customer Success at Spendesk, a leading SaaS company for expense management, I managed 25% of the global MRR, expanded and improved the value of key accounts, and coached and onboarded new team members. I also adapted and executed the global CS strategy to the DACH market, overseeing the whole customer lifecycle from support, compliance, onboarding, expansion to churn. 
As a Partnership Manager at Spendesk, I built and implemented the partnership strategy for the DACH market, supporting the global partnership vision. I acquired and increased the value of new and existing partnerships, collaborating closely with the product team to improve the integration with our main partner, Datev.
