Manuel Buri ist Mitgründer von PastaHR. PastaHR vereinfacht die Rekrutierung qualifizierter Fachkräfte – mithilfe von Chat-Platformen wie WhatsApp oder Instagram. Die KI-unterstützte Softwarelösung hilft qualifizierte Fachkräfte zu erreichen, qualifizieren und einzustellen. Mit PastaHR steigern Unternehmen die Anzahl qualifizierter Bewerbungen um über 60 % und reduzieren die Time-to-Hire um mehr als zwei Wochen. 

Vor der Gründung war er Product Lead bei Valora Digital, wo er viel Erfahrung im Deskless Recruiting sammelte. 2021 gründete er Floq, sein erstes HR-Tech-Startup. Er arbeitete auch für Earlybird VC, Google und Kearney. Manuel hat einen Bachelor in Wirtschaftswissenschaften von der Universität St. Gallen und einen Master in Informatik vom University College London.
