Some founders stay invisible and hide.
Some founders clear their fear, show up and open doors.

Hey, I'm Christian. Nike alumni, former sportswear founder, and leadership coach turned storyteller. In the last decade, I saw both. I was part of the first group, too, for a while.

But I was hungry. I wanted to build a strong international network, make an impact, and express myself.

So I started.
I tried the “Just Do It” advice.
Even hired a LinkedIn coach.

But deep down, I was still insecure. The support I got didn't get to the root - my fear of what others think. And the underlying belief - I’m not good enough.

That changed in October 2018, during a 14-day Vipassana Meditation retreat and the following training in somatic work. I worked with my fear for the first time, realised how it shows up in the body, and learned how to release it.

After this experience, a huge weight fell off my shoulders.
So I started sharing my stories and reflections. Without trying to “build a brand,” fantastic opportunities showed up. Podcast invites, clients, mentors, and business partners.

Today, I work with founders to overcome the fear of what others think and show up authentically, without feeling salesy. The goal? To become a calm authority that naturally creates trust and credibility.

Together, we detect the emotional block, release it through somatic integration, and create a narrative that reflects who you truly are.

In my free time, you find me in a cafe sippin’ espresso and watching people (I love it), researching a new recipe based on functional medicine, or organising community events with my partner.

I booked the flight to Istanbul before said yes. No meeting confirmed. But I had a strong gut feeling.

In October 2019, I wanted to learn from the best in the mindfulness field.
I found Erhan and his Mindfulness Alliance in Istanbul.

So I did the obvious thing:
I send him a LinkedIN message.
No answer.

A week later I follow up.
He replies:

"When you come to Istanbul, we can meet."

I feel a surge of energy rushing through my body. 
So I open skyscanner.

"This is crazy", I'm thinking.
"This is right", I'm feeling.

I booked the flight.

The same day I message him.
"Hey, I'm coming. Can we meet?"

He said yes.

The next day, we meet for tea and cheesecake.

This 2 hour conversation has changed my life.

Erhan became a mentor. 
We worked together.
We became friends.

The big reminder for me: every meaningful shift in my life started the same way: a step that didn't fully make sense.

Fear wants guarantees.

Curiosity asks:
What's the worst that can happen? 
What's the best that can happen?

Almost every time, living these questions have taken me further then fear ever could.
