- Reported directly to the Chief Growth Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer. 
- Board-level position worked with the senior global leadership team across the eXp brand for EMEIA  
 with a strong focus on the UK market, but sometimes covering LATAM and APAC countries. 
- Managed and coached a team remotely.
- Managed  18 Agencies for Marketing and PR Operations.
- Main focus on strategic Marketing Planning and Content creation, some of the main achievements:
- Management of budgets c. £10M and cost optimisation of all supplier contracts/system contracts.
- Optimised the full marketing mix, brand awareness, digital (websites, portals, App, SEO organic and paid, email, social media), marketing communications, PR, sponsorship, events and reporting.
- PR had more than 1,000 media mentions. The UK won 3 major awards. TV interviews were held in France and Portugal.

- Managing external planning and creative agencies (MEC, M&C Saatchi, and VCCP), challenging them on their channel proposals, creative development and messaging to deliver effective campaign plans to be approved by the Mayor of London
- Coordinating different projects of communications for hoardings from scoping, and budgeting, to production and installation including the sign-off of 3rd parties for Accessibility and Improvements. 
- Assisting in the planning, production and delivery of a consultation for Holborn and an engagement for South Kensington both of which received very positive responses in terms of KPIs
- Overseeing the production and development of digital assets for MIP with the creative agencies, ensuring that complex sign-off processes were adhered to, and ensuring that deadlines were continually understood and met
- Leading a Master improvement annual year wrap-up campaign with the visual department.
- Delivering complex hoardings, from scoping and budgeting to production and installation, including the sign-off of 3rd parties. Nine Elms, Bank, Moorgate (announcing the Elizabeth Line), Victoria Station South entrance opening.
- Delivering a safety behaviour change campaign, which contributed to a drop in lost customer hours.
- Implementing a national campaign to prevent terrorism “See it, say it, sort it “that is still valid in all national transport (still valid in December 2022).

- Strategic Board position reporting to the CFO, two owners of the business and the board regularly.
- Managing budgets of c. £900K controlling and optimisation of the marketing budget. 
- Managing and coached a team of 18 professionals.
- This diverse role enabled me to work in both B2C and B2B divisions.
- Provided creative direction for all the brand touchpoints: web, catalogue, line sheet, POS displays, shop windows, and  management of photo shoots and videos from planning to sign-off.
- Developing an integrated content strategy; Led the global PR media strategy promoting optimal Strategy brand exposure.
