This role was within Northwestern's Delta Lab, an interdisciplinary research lab and design studio with the goal of understanding and designing for the unique interaction between technology and social behavior.

As the quality assurance lead for the digital LOFT project, an online community for collaborative social innovation, I managed stakeholder communications and used competitive analysis and UX as a means to improve human interaction for the platform.
