I work at the messy end of sales, partnerships, and leadership.The part where internal politics, fear, incentives, and timing shape outcomes long before a proposal is written.I help sellers, partnership teams, and operators make buying safe.That means reducing internal exposure, building trust across coalitions, and clearing deals through the second room.When that happens, deals move without pressure, customers stay longer, and leaders get clearer forecasts.I am the creator of the Ally Method, a practice for seller behaviour under buyer risk, and Decision Safety, a field of work on how unsafe decisions form and who inherits the consequences.My focus is survivability, stakeholder incentives, veto power, and implementation risk.I do not teach scripts. I train judgement.This is not playbook friendly work.If you sell into Finance, Risk, Legal, Ops, boards, or cross functional alliances, you already know that scripts and sequences do not survive contact.Over 35 years I have built and repaired sales teams, run partnerships and channels, trained managers, and worked with founders and boards through turnarounds and resets.I build operating systems, diagnostics, and practical training for teams who want clean revenue, honest management, and long term customers.If your world is transactional or high volume, I am not a fit.If your world is complex, political, or coalition based, we are solving the same problem.My stance is simple.Protect trust.Remove pressure.Reduce regret.Make decisions survivable.

Thank you for visiting my profile! I am unique, I was someone who was totally lost, who walked into a recruitment agency in Reading and asked for help. What happened next changed my life forever, they sold me into a life of sales! 
The vast majority of sales training I received I found to be worthless, I tried it but it didn't work for me, I didn't believe in it. I survived though, I learned my trade, made countless errors, but got to where I wanted to be, with success that I once could only imagine. I joined a pretty small club of successful UK businesses by starting my own company from scratch and achieving a turnover of £1 million within my first 13 months of doing business, that's a big deal! Nobody can turn over that much money without being able to sell. I then doubled that turnover simply through the POWER OF STORY!  

Statistically, only 4% of business owners in the UK ever reach the £1m mark! How did I achieve this?

Well, today I'm delighted to show you. I work as a STORYTELLING coach, not an "arm chair coach" dissociated from the context. I demstify the sales process, through a thorough understanding of the problems faced by sales people and business owners and enable my clients to use STORYTELLING as a tool, that inspires action and creates revenue.     
I am passionate about helping people to see the POWER OF STORY. That belief, then changes behaviours, which in turn improves results, creates revenue and just as importantly, lifestyle.
