We helped a Sotheby’s International Realty Advisor launch his first mastermind (mid-November -- when most people give up on sales!)

He sold 27 seats -- $3k per head.

He sold 4 VIP seats -- $6k per head.

He did it all before Christmas.

This was last year.

This year, he will sell at $6k per seat and $8k per VIP seat.

In 2016, I was afraid to lose my job.
In 2017, I quit it anyway.

Any job that makes you feel unsafe for your future is not worth it.

I'd rather work a lower paying "secure" job,
than a higher paying gamble.

One gives you opportunity to improve.
Other psychs you out.

If you're searching for a job right:

- Your best jobs will come from referrals.
- Network like crazy to get them.

Jobs you find from a random listing are not the same. The mindset of the employer is very different.

If you're afraid to lose your job:

- Invest in save places.
- Build a strong side income.
- Double down on work until you have money saved up.

Most importantly, do two things:

- Become really good at your job.
- Network like crazy to get better jobs, clients, etc.
- Build a personal brand so opportunities come to you.

To employers: A save environments turns C-players into A-players.

I nearly lost everything… because of bad advice.

If you're stuck in life, read this:

At the time of writing,

- I work as a corporate consultant
- I lead a portfolio of media agency partnerships
- I’ve received thousands of testimonials and endorsements

But there was a time I was living on the streets and begging for a job — because of bad advice, bad relationships, and bad habits.

If you’re in that place, here’s what I learned:

1. You only need motivation when you’re low on self-esteem.

Get small, quick wins.
Small wins build self-esteem.
Self-esteem is a magnet for success.

Know someone struggling? Help them get their first quick win.

2. Stop worrying about the product, marketing, or sales.

Find massive demand first.

Find a market where even bad products sell well — and step into it.

3. Build leverage. Every sale should get easier over time.

Leverage = less effort, more outcome.

You can build leverage with:

- Tech
- Content
- Templates
- Relationships
- Personal Brand
- Referral Programs
- Contracts & Partnerships
- Connections & Reputation
- Lists / Audiences / Newsletters
- Website SEO & Domain Rankings
- Testimonials, Endorsement, Case-Studies
- etc.

4. Find what works for you. Ignore gurus.
Their generic advice is toxic.

Make a list of what has already worked for you — and double down.

Stick to the basics:

Marketing strategy --> Word-of-mouth
Content strategy --> Helping you for free
Sales method --> Selling stuff people want
 
Don’t fall for complicated, guru-style nonsense.

TL;DR:

- Get small wins
- Find big demand
- Stick to proven basics

And most importantly:

- Only sell to people you understand.
- Only create content for people you care about.

All the data in the world can’t replace a drop of real empathy.

And this is my advice to all entrepreneurs:

Build systems that:

- scale
- are well recorded
- have an ROI at every step

What you're doing instead is:

- scrolling social media
- blindly copying your fav guru
- never keeping record of stuff you do
- doing stuff now and waiting for an ROI down the line

...I call this the plug-n-pray approach.

It only works when you get lucky.

Top 1% entrepreneurs making $10,000,000+ a year...
...they do it like this:

Tactic 1: Never do something twice.

We all have the same 24 hours a day.

You're likely wasting yours doing repetitive stuff.

- Hire a VA to delegate
- Use Zapier to automate
- Put everything in Notion
- Record everything using Google Form tickets
- Loom a video note showing how you'd so something

I pay my VA $16/hr -- She bills me for ~18 hours a week.

She's a marketing student... can do half the stuff on my plate if I record a 2-minute Loom for her.

When you show them how to do it...
you get clarity on it too.

You get to see the mistakes you'd make.

You get to nurture talent.

Today's VA is tomorrow's A-player.

Tactic 2: An ROI for every step

When you act now
and get rewarded later
it messes up your compass.

Instead, I add an ROI for everything I do.

- Every email I send gets sales.
- Every post I write gets clients.
- Every call I take makes me money.
- Every asset we make for ourselves is sold.
- My Loom video's? They're downloadable in my cohorts.
- My Zoom recordings? They're in my business accelerator.

Never let the sawdust go to waste.

Everything's for sale.

Every task you do either makes money -- or loses it.

Make sure you're paid for every hour.

Tactic 3: Seize every opportunity to Scale

Most people don't look close enough.

Ask yourself:

- What will we do this month?
- How can we monetize & sell it?
- How can we package it 10-ways?

I make one scalable product,
then I sell off fragments of it.

- My core-product? My business builder's accelerator™
- It's divided into 3X 16-week cohorts (individually sold)
- It has 12X 2-day sprints( individually sold)
- It has 40+ workshops. (individually sold)
- Then recordings sold afterwards.

So, we only have to fulfill my core-product.
Then we promote it 10 ways.
Margins ~71% up.

It's literally no extra work to promote...
because I just reuse my old promos.

It's less work more revenue.

Remember, hustlers chase.
Entrepreneurs validate, systamize, and scale.
