- Acted as a product owner, driving data management, data quality, and business intelligence initiatives toward a global compliance data solution, serving areas such as AML Transaction Monitoring, Client Risk Rating, Adverse Media Screening, Fraud, and Sanction Screening.

Head of AML Data Hub / Program Manager - Financial Crime Prevention IT

Delivered and rolled out key enhancements for a third-party Legal Matter & Spend Management system to automate and digitalize legal workflows, as part of a large digital transformation program for Group General Counsel, incl. responsibility for the conceptualization and rollout of a centralized legal data warehouse solution.

- Defined a robust governance model and initiated a large-scale program to migrate legacy compliance data platforms to the strategic platform Palantir Foundry. The goal was to enhance compliance capabilities by integrating, analyzing, and modeling compliance data at scale, improving screening, investigation, and transaction monitoring capabilities.
- As a project lead, I facilitated workshops with global stakeholders, assessing source and target data platforms, existing data, and business processes, resulting in the migration strategy and plan for the program.

Wind the clock back and you’ll find I started out as a technologist intrigued at the number of times apparently well-designed systems and processes failed to deliver.  A discovery that set me on the path to gaining a Cranfield MBA and training in neuroscience and psychotherapy.  I’ve been an accredited Executive Coach since 2003
