With offices in Bergen (HQ), Stavanger, Oslo and Krakow, Head Energy has more than 260 employees working for highly rated companies in the industry or developing advanced products and solutions for the subsea industry. Head Energy has experienced rapid growth since the start-up in 2010. 

My role includes:

Proposal work and hiring consultants for projects with external clients in the oil industry, construction, and general business sectors in and around Bergen.
Proactive sales activities both nationally and internationally.
General HR responsibilities, including development, downsizing, and recruitment.
General marketing and quality work in collaboration with the management team.

Visma Personnel AS specializes in staffing solutions within finance, accounting, payroll, finance, IT, and other administrative positions. They provide staffing services for both permanent and temporary positions at all levels and have locations in A&B, Bergen, Oslo, Trondheim, Vestfold, and Østfold.

My role involved:

Leading the Bergen office.
Representing Visma Personnel in the national market group within the Visma group and Visma Sales Manager Forum.
Internal HR and personnel responsibilities.
Operational experience externally through HR-related tasks for clients, including general HR advice, recruitment, and staffing.
Maintaining close contact with Visma's leadership, both locally and nationally.

My role included:

Daily management of the reception area, including personnel, budget, and performance responsibilities.
Handling recruitment, staffing, and HR tasks, including training and skill development.
IT responsibilities.
Participation in the hotel's leadership team.

Knowledge of process management and understanding of how cultural differences affect organizations, management and employees. Interested in psychology and how everything is somehow connected.

Since 1999 experience from the consulting- and recruitment business, as manager working with both recruitment, employer branding and HR., sales and marketing,  International sales- and manager experience from the oil- and gas industry, general business and hotel- and tourism industry.

Since 2017 mainly working with large local and national tenders towards private and public clients within the building and construction industry. Also working on client follow-up, internal training and external arrangements. Communication and recruitment when required. Sustainable work within the sales and marketing organisation in Rambøll Norway.

Since spring 2021, after Henning Larsen Architect became a part of Rambøll, I've also been assisting both parts in the implementation process and with tender work also for combined Rambøll - Henning Larsen tenders. 

Education in Export and International Marketing from NMH/BI in Norway and Germany. Project Management and HR courses from BI and NHH, and Sustainabilty as a competitive advantage from BI. Online process management course completed during Covid19 "close-down", and Strategy and change management completed at NTNU in 2023.
