I have been responsible for driving the company's digital transformation and innovation processes, as well as developing and implementing the digital strategy and action plans. I have led the digital development organization and have been part of the corporate digital leadership group. Additionally, I have actively participated in various steering groups, acted as a project manager for internal development projects across various business lines and collaborated on developments with startups and partners.

I have been responsible for driving digitalization and innovation within the business unit Transportation and Urban Planning. I have led the development and implementation of Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) in the company, and collaborated on developments with various startups and partners. Additionally, I have served as a project manager, digital collaboration manager, and security advisor in interdisciplinary urban development and transportation projects. I have also actively supported line managers in recruitment processes.

R&D Director

I have served as the BIM Strategist for the business unit Transportation and Urban Planning, as well as being part of the group digitalization team. I have also held the position of Regional Business Process Manager within the company. Additionally, I have been the technical leader for landscape architecture and have taken on roles as a project manager, designing landscape architect, and security advisor. I have actively supported line managers in the development of COWI's planning and landscape architecture environment. Furthermore, I have been deeply involved in the company's efforts to expand its focus on security advisory services.

Chief Specialist

I have served as the CAD Manager for the business unit Transportation and Urban Planning . I have been responsible for managing and developing the company's interdiscipinary network for Infrastructure Information Modeling. Additionally, I have taken on roles as a project manager, discipline lead, and designing landscape architect in interdisciplinary urban development projects. I have actively supported line managers in the further development of COWI's planning and landscape architecture environment.
