Here’s what the market actually looks like 👇

Average post price by creator tier (GBP):
• Up to 50K followers → £842
• 51K–250K → £1,032
• 250K–500K → £2,178
• 500K+ → £1,247

Yes. 500K+ isn’t the most expensive tier.
Because in B2B, niche authority > vanity metrics.

Average performance:
• Avg reach per post → 21,050
• Avg engagement rate → 3.1%

We also broke down:
• Pricing by country (US is not the most expensive one! Austria £1,566 vs UK £947 vs US £896)
• CPM by industry

If you think you need 100K+ followers to become a LinkedIn Top Voice, you’re wrong.

In the new UK cohort, many creators are with 3 - 7K followers.

And I personally know brilliant creators with 20K+ who lost their badge.

So it’s clearly not about follower count.

Does this mean those who lost the badges suddenly started making worse content?
Not at all.

LinkedIn refreshes the list every six months. And I guess the slash early this year was quite brutal… but remember, no one can take your authority you’ve been building for years, hey!

However, it also means anyone can become a Top Voice, no matter how much following you have. 

According to LinkedIn’s official guidance, here’s what matters:

• Stay consistent
• Share what you know, authentically and in your original voice
• Focus on adding value for the wider community
• Mix up your topics and formats
• Keep the conversation going in the comments
• Keep your content safe, trustworthy and professional

That’s the framework.

On the occasion of 20th anniversary, Admirals took an important step in ongoing evolution into a full spectrum financial hub, offering a multitude of services and products. From trading software to investing, personal Visa cards, social trading and more.
Working directly with Tallinn, Estonia (remotely). 

Responsibilities during the project:
- Requirements analysis (Confluence);  
- Close cooperation with the team Business Analyst, gaining BA knowledge and hands-on experience; 
- Creating and updating Test documentation;
- Applying the following types of testing: Regression, Smoke testing, Functional testing, GUI testing, Cross-browser testing (using BrowserStack), Localization testing (28 different locales), API testing (Validation, UI, Functional);
- Mobile, Tablet (iOS, Android) Web application testing;
- Bug reporting and verification activities (Jira);
- Using Chrome DevTools, Kibana, Swagger;
- Communication with the distributed team (Poland, Estonia, Cyprus);
- Participation in Kanban events: Daily Standup Meetings, Delivery Planning Meetings.

Testing Audatex insurance system, that is the most used accident car compensation process collaboration platform in the world: over 70 countries-wide.
Project: Audatex (Solera Company), working directly with countries from the Asia-Pacific region. Customer office: Taipei, Taiwan. 

Responsibilities during the project:
- Requirements analysis;
- Creating and updating Test documentation in TestRail (Check lists, Test-cases, Test plans);
- Using Specification-based (equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, use case testing) and Experience-based (error guessing, exploratory testing) Testing techniques;
- Tablet (iOS, Android) Web application testing;
- Bug reporting and verification activities (Jira);
- Root cause analysis;
- Peer review of Test-cases, Bug reports (walkthrough);
- Using Chrome DevTools;
- Communication with the customer and developers team (Daily meetings in English);
- Participation in Scrum activities: Grooming (Planning Poker), Sprint planning sessions, Retrospective.

Main responsibilities were to manage 1st and 2nd level tasks in internal IT department (creating users in Active Directory; managing computers – installations with MS System Center Configuration Manager; contacting suppliers; etc). Also was responsible for the internal IT budget tracking in Minsk.

Additionally, assisted finance department, providing efficient communication between Minsk and Tallinn accountancy.
