UX optimization (how do we make the experience effortless for the user?)
Analytics (what does the data actually say?)
The “Why” (what motivates users, scares them, or holds them back?)
Fractional PM execution (move fast, ship smart, reduce noise)

I combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping teams fix conversion leaks, increase retention, and build features that matter — not features that “feel nice.”
