Leading a dynamic team of Photographers, Stylists, and Co-ordinators, I drive creative strategy for e-commerce shoots, overseeing the capture of a diverse range of fashion and accessories spanning AI, model, and still life. Efficiently chased up outstanding timesheets with freelancers and resolved any issues with the payroll provider 'Handle,' all while adhering to resourcing budgets.
Communications - managed and distributed daily call sheets to entire studio teams and freelancers, ensuring everyone was aware of their studio assignments and the products they would be shooting. Promptly addressed any last-minute amendments, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

I led the coordination of daily still life and model shoots, ensuring teams met their KPIs and adhered to brand art direction. I played a crucial role in the seamless daily upload of all imagery to the retouching team. Within three months, my responsibilities expanded to managing the resourcing for the still life studio. This involved cultivating a diverse freelance team of photographers, stylists, and producers, as well as handling the weekly booking and scheduling of resources across our 10 still life sets. Additionally, I managed freelancer invoices and facilitated the creation and distribution of daily call sheets.
