💎 J'ai co-fondé le mouvement Growth Hiring pour tous les dirigeants & les recruteurs qui ont des problèmes pour recruter (notamment pour ceux qui recrutent beaucoup de talents chaque année).

Tout est parti d'un constat : Le recrutement, c'est du marketing.

En 2022, pour accélérer les recrutements de mes premiers clients, j'ai utilisé des techniques de marketing, de growth & des approches presque commerciales, adaptées à chaque talent recherché.

Résultat : cela a hyper bien fonctionné.

Depuis j'ai créé le Growth Hiring Club où +4500 recruteurs & dirigeants partagent leur veille sur le futur du recrutement, des outils growth, des techniques marketing, et plein d'autres choses ⚡️

My name is Maxime Blondel (but you can call me Blondy). I'm 30. I was born and raised in the Paris suburbs. Here is a summary of my adventures of the last 10 years 👇

I used to be president of the student association of my University Institute of Technology, organizing parties & trips for +2000 students, with 7 other brilliant students in computer, communication, management, data & social sciences.

Just after, I decided to stop my studies and take 2 years to launch projects. 
With 3 friends, we launched a start-up: a Linkedin competitor for the 18-23yo, finally crashed after 11 months. 
A rich in learning failure.

I realized that I still had to learn. 
So I joined:

#1 - Le Wagon, an intensive 9-week coding bootcamp where to learn Javascript, RoR, HTML, CSS...
#2 - Reverse, a 3-month training program for 15-23yo entrepreneurs, organized by The Family, a famous startup accelerator in France.
I met incredible people there!

Over this year, I've also mainly built & grown 4 marketplaces in the event sector, from 100 to 800 unique visitors/day, 10 to 80 quote requests/day, and generated more than €500 000 of GMV/year.
After 2 years growing full time these platforms, I had the chance to receive purchase proposals, and decided to sold them.

Simultaneously, The Family (again) offered me to join their team, with a mission to find & support student-entrepreneurs.
I learned so much! 
A nice journey of ~2 years again.

In January 2020, I decided to leave and launched THE QUEST.

THE QUEST funds & supports the most creative and courageous students & dropouts, who have a deep “Why” with their project.

Whether you're building the next big social mobile app, a robot for the future, or an AI agent that would be particularly useful to you... THE QUEST supports the obsessed, the traumatized, the overly determined... who are working on new technology, a disruptive innovation, a paradigm shift, a global movement in the making.

In 5 years, the startups built inside THE QUEST have gone from €0 to over €25 million in cumulative ARR.
