Based on my achieving results in my previous job, I was offered the position of the CEO of a Tour Operator based in Germany by the board of directors of Albena JSCo. The company exclusively targeted on selling holidays in Bulgaria on the German clients market.
During my tenure, I have successfully reformed the company's structure and led it to profitable financial results. When I came to post, the company struggled with significant financial losses. In 1 year, I managed to change how the company operates and put it back on winning.
I have pioneered the German market sports holidays such as tennis, soccer and beach volleyball in Bulgarian resorts. 
Moreover, my efforts led to a launch of a prosperous project for selling health tourism packages on the German market.

Held the position of advertising director of Albena JSCO – the biggest Bulgarian touristic holding and owner of more than 45 hotels, 2 airports, agricultural and service companies.
I was in charge of the marketing strategies and the digital and printed advertisement of the holding. 
Under my supervision, I had a great team of designers, marketing specialists and PR professionals. Simultaneously I was setting marketing and goals and choosing suitable winning advertising strategies.

I worked as a Manger at the first and most known digital print provider on-demand on the market in Varna, Bulgaria. 
While holding the post, I led a team of more than 10 designers and operators of digital printing machines, salespeople, office personal and accountants. 
I succeeded in broadening its market share by starting selling wide-format outdoor prints and developing a department for high-quality photo prints on special canvases and media.

I am passionate about creating and delivering memorable holidays for our clients, especially in the Bulgarian market, where I have pioneered sports and cultural packages.

I have completed multiple certifications in LinkedIn Learning, covering topics such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Planner. I am also fluent in Bulgarian, German, English, and Russian, which helps me communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and partners.
