As palavras que precisava de ouvir, as pessoas que precisava de ver, os abraços que precisava de ter.

Acabei de sair do TOP BOARD – Executive Talks e levo comigo aquela sensação rara de alinhamento: quando tudo o que ouvimos faz sentido para o momento exato em que estamos.

Foi uma noite de líderes, mas sobretudo de humanos a falar de humanidade.
De estratégia, mas ainda mais de cultura.

De transformação, mas sobretudo de livre arbítrio, ética e propósito.

Saio inspirada, provocada e cheia de vontade de fazer melhor — e fazer diferente.

Gosto de pessoas que vivem o que fazem.
Nota-se no olhar, na entrega e nas pequenas coisas.

Nos últimos dias voltei a sentir isto de forma muito clara.
Há pessoas que não precisam de grandes discursos — basta observar o detalhe, a forma como se dedicam, a forma como tratam o que constroem.

A paixão genuína revela-se assim: nos gestos, na postura, na forma como cuidam, na energia que deixam no ar.

No fundo, é isto que move tudo:
 a autenticidade naquilo que fazemos e o impacto que deixamos nos outros.
