🚨To tap into where AI can become the claims adjuster's trusted partner, we need to enable employees to understand how the technology works, both its strengths and risks. And then empower them to reimagine how they can continue to best serve each injured worker and their employer (the customer), with AI going well beyond an efficiency play and task automation. 
💡The reimagining required isn't just about automating existing workflows—it's about eliminating steps that only exist because earlier technologies couldn't tackle (for example) the 90% of data that is unstructured.
