In this role, I am focused on leading and supporting our global sales team while continuing to deliver high-touch client service in North America.
•	Improve revenue growth through more efficient processes and better consistency 
•	Expand North American leadership, models, and processes to the global market
•	Provide leadership on major global account development and service 
•	Work with regional sales leaders to develop a more consistent and value-driven partner strategy

My first job in high school was at Chico’s Tacos.  I quickly found that I loved to interact with people. I then moved on to IHOP.  It was perfect. It was across the street from our house. I could work after school when clubs and homework were done. 

When I went to college I found that even with some student loans one job wasn’t enough.  I simultaneously worked at IHOP, Starbucks, Macy’s and a bookstore.  It was a lot to manage, but I was determined to be the first person in my family to go to college right after high school. I completed my bachelor’s at NAU in business with an emphasis in hospitality.  I then went on to work for high end restaurants in their management program.  

In 2007, while finishing my MBA, I was introduced to Luis DeSouza, CEO of UK based NFS Technology. He was looking for a US based employee to support his global Rendezvous sales team.  I didn’t know that interview would be the beginning of a whole new career.

15 years and 100s of clients later, I have had the opportunity to move from demoing, training and implementation, sales to manage our growing NFS North America team. All with the guidance and mentorship of Luis DeSouza. NFS has always felt like a family.  We work together to support each other and our clients.

I am a proud wife and mother of two wonderful girls!  They are the focus of my entire world - smart, funny and the best part of my day.

Global Financial Firm – 2600 Rooms and over 15k Desks.
•	Utilized a simple mobile app with floorplan booking to ensure an easy user experience 
•	Phased project, a new HQ and site tailored workflows and support 
•	Installed room panels and occupancy sensors to identify available seats and manage check- in process
•	Continuing to scale out the project, adding 25% more spaces in 2023

Law Firm – East Coast – 200 Rooms and 100 Desks
•	Simple end user experience for attorneys and assistants, while capturing Client/Matter for billing and 
        chargeback
•	Integration with key systems like Video Conferencing and Rooms signs
•	We work extensively with legal clients – they make up 64% of Rendezvous Workspace North America 
        clients.
