Serves as coach and mentor for a team of 20 direct and 500 indirect reports, driving performance through effective talent management, including hiring, training, assessments, and promotions. Responsibilities also include all administrative functions and documentation of the mental health department. In addition the Mental Health Manager interfaces with JSO cadets during C.I.T, community leaders and groups to promote awareness and partnerships. The Mental Health Manager reports directly to the Chief of Health Services.

I provided all intakes, transfers, counseling, assessments, surveys and consultations with doctors, nurses and administrators in conjunction with the overall care of end stage renal patients. I’ve been extremely fortunate. I have had excellent clinical training and vast patient experience over the past 45 years. I supervise other therapists for State licensure and I had my own personal psychoanalysis. 
I treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship problems, addictions, compulsive behaviors and Asperger’s Syndrome. I do evaluations, couples counseling and family therapy. I’ve started ECC (Enhance Couple’s Communication) which is a  5 session approach to better your relationship.
