- Own full-cycle recruiting primarily focused on technical teams (Engineering, Data Science & Product) with the ability to be flexible depending on business needs
- Source and engage both active and passive candidates
- Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer accept
- Act as a recruiting consultant to the engineering team by suggesting changes to the hiring/interview process, advising hiring managers on candidate selection and offer guidance, and providing a unique perspective on market trends and industry best practices
- Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS (Lever) and other People systems
- Focus on introducing a pipeline to managers that puts emphasis on diversity

- Market Research - understand the market by staying connected to what is happening in the web, mobile, data, and tech startup space
- Talent Identification and Sourcing - identify and engage talent in innovative ways
- Candidate Management - assess and screen candidates and guide them throughout the recruiting process, with the goal of connecting great candidates to the right opportunities
- Client Management - listen to our clients’ needs and make recommendations to improve processes

I’ve had the privilege of recruiting for organizations that range in size from 30 people to 3000 people.

I’ve built out both technical and non-tech/GTM teams, including Software Engineering (especially backend/distributed systems engineers and iOS engineers), Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and more. I’ve hired across all levels from new graduates to Executives, and have built departments from scratch. 

My recruiting philosophy is to lead with empathy. I got into recruiting because of my passion for candidate experience. 

I founded and co-lead Life360’s Mental Wellness ERG, and co-led Binc’s Mental Health ERG. I believe in normalizing conversation around mental health, both in and outside of the workplace 💜
