Tasked to create the company Market Analysis department, I set up the team, its procedures and best practices. As manager of 4 people (data gatherers and analysts) we focus on innovation and data and merge these two items into the process and projects of all company. 

Main objective being to help company to move to a data-driven decision management (DDDM) strategy,  ensure that business users have easy access to relevant data and reporting tools and be able to trust in the data's quality. 

Main responsibilities and duties include, among other:

- Oversee and profile competitors and competitive products.

Central Intelligence Manager

Responsible for the delivery of a new high-profile CRM solution to further enhance Fraser customer service, sales and marketing activities.

Determine project needs and resources to deliver the technical and functional requirements for the plan and ensure  budget and deadline expectations are met and resources managed efficiently.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

•	Development and management of the project plan and objectives, project scope, F&B business objectives, with an overarching focus on customer experience.

•	Utilisation of previous hands-on experience of delivering end to end CRM projects facilitating workshops to challenge current business thinking; ensuring CRM is implemented with the best in class processes and approaches.
•	Determine project needs and business resources required to execute the CRM project successfully.
•	Assignment and management of business resources, managing the development of both human and system capabilities.
•	Budget, supplier and stakeholder management.
•	Creation and coordination of project documentation and processes, developing and track project action items and issues.

After 4 year tenure at Fraser Yachts, being responsible for setting up a the Central Intelligence Department and implementing overall big data strategy within the company at all different levels and departments, in 2019 joined YATCO, leading digital platform for the yachting industry, where I deal with product and business development, QA and diversification across the yachting community.

Exposure to the complete luxury yacht sales and building process from concept through construction to delivery and after sales support.  Broad market knowledge and superyacht industry contacts.

Previously working at a leading shipyard renowned for building large luxury sailing yachts from 38m to 80m+ in length as part of a global sales team managing and organising commercial office activities.  Trusted point of contact to superyacht owners, captains, crew, project managers/owner representatives, yacht designers, brokers, lawyers, media and other maritime professionals worldwide.

Marketing experience including organisation and participation in client facing roles at boat shows and client events such as the St Barths Bucket and Perini Cup Regatta in Sardinia. 
Effective communicator, trilingual in Italian, English and Spanish.  Translation and preparation of technical and commercial documentation such as yacht building contracts, mainly in English and Italian.
