Junto Global is a peer to peer education platform for young entrepreneurs and professionals who are taking their lives, businesses and communities to the next level.

Dating back to the days of Benjamin Franklin, who established the original Junto in 1727, a primary objective of the organization was and still is to provide a platform to share important ideas and perspectives. Like the original Junto, today’s members come from diverse occupations and backgrounds, but all share a spirit of inquiry and desire to improve themselves and their world.

Completed a comprehensive digital marketing training program that consisted of eight distinct areas: persona development, social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, PPC, conversion design, affiliate marketing, and Google Analytics. 

Account manager for Life After Hate responsible for their digital strategy. Conducted interviews with customer segments to identify key characteristics and develop persona reports. Coordinated a complete website redesign, social media marketing, and fundraising strategy.

In 2013, I helped launch EcoQube and raised $79,026 on Kickstarter.

In 2014, 1Hour Break saw what I did with EcoQube and we raised $105,343 on Indiegogo.

In 2015, EcoQube C came out with their new and improved version and we helped raise $375,058 on Kickstarter.

Up until this point, my agency Label Creative lacked focus. We were trying to help ALL types of businesses grow with very mixed results.

But with the launch of EcoQube C, it was clear to me that we had found a new, more effective way for product creators to launch their ecommerce brand...

And we were all in.

Within a month, we rebranded our company to LaunchBoom and set out on the mission to help product creators build profitable, 7-figure ecommerce companies.

I'm proud of what we've built...

... Working with thousands of product creators from 40+ countries.
... Driving over $100M in revenue for clients.
... Becoming a Certified Kickstarter & Indiegogo Expert.
... Building a fully remote team across the world.
... Writing the best selling book in crowdfunding (Seriously! Search "crowdfunding" on Amazon!).

But what I'm most proud of is literally watching our clients lives change as we bring their ideas to life and scale their brands.

10 years ago, Bubba took a chance on a bunch of 20 something year olds to help him launch his first product.

His product was the Give'r 4-Season Gloves...

And those 20 something year olds were my team and I starting up LaunchBoom.

That first Kickstarter did $224,370.

But it was more than a successful product launch... it Kickstarted both Give'r's and LaunchBoom's brands.

Since then, we've helped Bubba launch 3 more products:

1. Ol' Faithful Hoodie, raising $157,416
2. Frontier Mittens, raising $986,672
3. Expedition Split Mittens, raising $570,616

With that last one just finishing up a few weeks ago. 

Looking back at the last 10 years, I'm super grateful to Bubba and the Give'r crew. Without you guys taking a chance on us all those years ago, I don't think we'd be where we are today.

Seeds Renewables SL.

Seeds Renewables was the origin of Climatize. Scaled the company to 14 employees but wound down this company after regulatory changes by the SEC made the U.S. a more attractive market. 
I took renewable energy crowdfunding best practices from the mature EU market then reincorporated & rebranded the business model into Climatize.
Some pivots are harder than others, no regrets here.

Clear Blue Sea Initiative

• Founded the Clear Blue Sea Initiative to serve as the affiliated branch of the nonprofit Clear Blue Sea 501(c)3. 
• The group's mission was to design and implement the Debris Collection System (DCS) for the Floating Robot for Eliminating Debris (FRED). FRED will be a fully autonomous robot, designed to collect and dispose of marine plastics in the Pacific garbage patch gyres.
• The DCS was successfully manufactured ahead of schedule and under budget.
• Managed teams of interdisciplinary engineers to meet systems requirements, established project management plans, and implemented budget tracking methods. 
• Mitigated risks during design, and planed manufacturing processes.
• CNC, drill press, water-jet, lathe, and a wide variety of power tools were used while manufacturing. Wired motor, control module, and speed controller.
• Open water testing was conducted to validate that requirements were achieved. Successfully passed aquatic testing.

Founder & President

Helix Electric

• Oversaw multi-million dollar electrical projects ranging from government contracts for the San Ysidro Border renovation, the Anderson Management Building at UCLA & distributed energy resources.
• Generated detailed requests for information by cross referencing electrical plans against other trades’ site plans to find discrepancies. Wrote technical documents explaining the information in question to be submitted to the general contractor in order to save time and money upon installation.
• Drafted contract documents, negotiated contract pricing saving Helix Electric Inc. substantial sums of money, managed subcontractors, oversaw work completed, verified quality of work delivered, and finalized payment.
• Analyzed single line diagrams and verified conduit, wire, and breaker sizing based on NEC code requirements.
• Created logs to manage shipping lead time and release dates for switchboards, panel boards, and fixtures.
• Edited existing electrical plans to properly convey as-built layout during the closeout process using Bluebeam Revu.
• Produced submittals for electrical drawings, specified engineering subcontract reports, product data, and trainings.
• Conducted field walks to verify installation progress, perform quality control, and ensure worker safety protocol.

• Tau Beta Pi is the U.S. national engineering honor society with chapters in 250 schools and +600,000 active members.
• Conducted interviews of potential new candidates to determine the candidate’s personal integrity, breadth of interest both inside and outside engineering, adaptability, and unselfish activity.
• Served as hand to the President, including a wide array of tasks such as leading recruitment events, leading general body meetings, and coordinating with the College of Engineering Student Council executive board.
• Coordinated with the University to reserve rooms, and coordinated TBP Alumni guest speakers for general body meetings.

Vice President, San Diego State University

Associated Students, San Diego State University

• Elected to represent the +4,000 students of the SDSU College of Engineering in Associated Students, the largest student government in the California State University system.
• Served as a liaison for the College of Engineering on the University Council and Student at Large on the Campus Development Committee.
• Executive member of the College of Engineering Student Council overseeing club operations and university relations.
• Launched a media campaign to create on-campus internal marketing channels to promote the engineering clubs such as the Formula Race Team, Rocket Project, Baja Race Team, and Mechatronics Robotics Club.
• Assisted in the planning of the VIP donor groundbreaking ceremony for the new SDSU Engineering and Interdisciplinary Sciences building.

NNERGIX

• Responsible for lead generation for the United States market while also developing a business plan for United States market entry. 
• Managed research for the feasibility of market verticals for the introduction of Nnergix's new online platform, Sentinel Weather, a AI-based severe weather alert platform used to protect renewable energy assets and protect O&M field employee safety.

• I served as a liaison between San Diego State University's Interfraternity Council Board and my local SDSU Theta Chi chapter. 
• Tasked with overseeing the school accreditation requirements were met as well as spreading information about other Greek life philanthropies to my chapter. 
• The Interfraternity Council helped me develop professionally by introducing me to many of the San Diego State University executives as well as placing the responsibility of being the public figure head for our chapter.
