I used to be a high-performer stuck in a low-performance body.

→ Back stiff.
→ Mind foggy.
→ Chest tight.

My friends would say, I was “fine.”
In practice, I was fraying.

That was me at 35.

One morning, I caught myself in the mirror. 
Slouched, hollow-eyed, barely breathing deep without discomfort.

I had success. I had money.
But I didn’t have myself.

That slow burnout nearly took it all.

So I made a choice: not just to heal my body, but to upgrade it.

For 8+ years, I immersed myself in:

→ Functional strength
→ Mindful mobility
→ Breathwork, somatics, nervous system regulation

Slowly, I rebuilt my energy, my resilience, and my presence.

Now, at 44, I feel sharper, calmer, and stronger than I did in my 20s.

And that’s what I help my clients unlock, too.

Dinners with clients. Long flights. Stress stacking up. He thought fitness meant “go hard or go home,” but that approach left him drained.

I’m not your typical nutritionist or health coach.  I take a whole-person approach to health and healing because I've seen firsthand that there’s much more to health than the food we eat. 

For years, I struggled with gut issues that disrupted every part of my life - from work to my social life… my confidence, and my peace of mind. I tried everything including restrictive diets, doctor visits, protocols, supplements, & even surgical procedures. I was told I was fine, “this is normal” and handed a pill. Funny enough, no one asked about my diet, my stress levels, or what was going on in my life, which was the actual root of the problems I was experiencing. 

It wasn’t until I discovered holistic & functional health that things began to change. 

Improving my diet made a huge difference, but it didn’t fully resolve my issues. 

The real breakthrough came when I connected the symptoms to what was happening beneath the surface -> the stress, the emotional baggage, relationships, and the fact that I had been ignoring my intuition for years. 

I quickly realized that the symptoms we experience are not random. They are signals from the body. 
And lasting health and healing isn’t just about food - It’s about alignment with yourself, your relationships, and every area of your life. 

Today, I help professional women to look and feel their best ... not by following a diet - but by reconnecting with their bodies, learning to trust their intuition, and living in alignment with their truth.
