I had less than $500 to my name when I emigrated from Sri Lanka to Australia over 25 years ago. Through sheer determination, perseverance and tenacity I worked my way through various organisations and roles to achieve my goal of creating my own business venture.

In 2006 I co-founded a company in Australia and over 10 years took it from zero to a multimillion-dollar and multinational organisation with over 100 employees which was then sold to a public listed company for an 8-figure number. 

Since, I have Co-Founded of BISTEC Global Services, Founded Biz Enable and Make a Day Brighter.

I now dedicate my time and energy leading the new companies and mentoring other businesses to achieve results such as removing pain points, creating awesome culture, maximising profit margins, creating and maintaining a wow customer experience.

Ever since I can remember, I've been fascinated by other cultures and ways of experiencing life. I loved my time as an investment banker, at Stanford getting my MBA, and working in tech, but I never felt that I had enough time to travel and explore the world.

When I finally cleared space to explore, I learned more about the world than a textbook could ever teach, more about myself than scores of personality tests could tell, and had more life experiences in a short span than most have in a lifetime. 

One hundred countries later, I've learned travel is life-giving. It is also HARD. I think that's why people don't see enough of the world, don't interact with "others" enough to build tolerance, and don't spend enough quality time with family in environments that create authentic bonding experiences. 

Today I help others to see how precious our time is and to fill it doing amazing things.
