I had less than $500 to my name when I emigrated from Sri Lanka to Australia over 25 years ago. Through sheer determination, perseverance and tenacity I worked my way through various organisations and roles to achieve my goal of creating my own business venture.

In 2006 I co-founded a company in Australia and over 10 years took it from zero to a multimillion-dollar and multinational organisation with over 100 employees which was then sold to a public listed company for an 8-figure number. 

Since, I have Co-Founded of BISTEC Global Services, Founded Biz Enable and Make a Day Brighter.

I now dedicate my time and energy leading the new companies and mentoring other businesses to achieve results such as removing pain points, creating awesome culture, maximising profit margins, creating and maintaining a wow customer experience.

Proficient in using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, Unifier, SharePoint, and Primavera Contract Management. As a seasoned professional, I've had the privilege of hiring and managing Document Management Teams on various projects. I believe in empowering teams through training, and I've conducted sessions for both internal and external stakeholders. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my rapid promotion to Document Control Manager within 9 months of joining one organization.

I take pride in my achievements, including being awarded the Core Value Coin by the CEO of Parsons for a successful External Audit on the Lusail Phase 11 Project. My dedication to quality and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards has led to successful external and internal audits across multiple projects.

I've contributed three articles to online PMMagazine, showcasing my commitment to knowledge sharing and staying at the forefront of industry trends. My passion extends to spreading awareness about the vital role of Document Control in project management on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

Having worked with reputable organizations such as Scientific Tech, Omni Group, Morganti Group, Parsons International, and TPL Property Management, I bring a global perspective to my work. Key projects include the Lusail Infrastructure Project in Doha, Qatar, the Mixed Development Project in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E, the Expansion of Etihad Airport in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E, and the iconic One Hoshang high-rise tower in Karachi, Pakistan.
