Managed daily bar operations; overseeing staff hiring and scheduling, managing facility finances, developing promotional strategies, and securing nightly entertainment. 

Increased average nightly sales by 25% and patronage by 20% through increased social media presence, bettering staff engagement with customers, and developing customer focused events and promotions. 

Planned and executed a social media strategy that increased fan engagement on Facebook by 400%. Generated the highest engagement of all Nightclub Facebook Pages in Greater Vancouver.

My Involvement:

- First full-time employee of Supercast, reported directly to the CEO
- Responsible for leading sales, but also developed and managed technical support and
customer success in the first year and a half
- Built relationships and led the onboarding for priority users (mostly independent podcasters, networks, and publishers), including the majority of key partners
- Administered individually crafted growth and monetization strategies for each key partner
- The top 10 creators on Supercast collectively generate over $18M in recurring annual
revenue with premium subscriptions
- Played a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction by monitoring trends and industry news to identify growth opportunities
- Dealt with various talent agencies (CAA, UTA, WME etc.) - all partnerships delivered profitability within six months of activation
- Attended leading conferences to learn, educate, network, and close deals
