Responsible for the creation and execution of company-wide communications. Drove project execution and culture development for +10k associate public held storage business.

♦  Achieved open rates up to 60% and favorable audience feedback on weekly company newsletters using Constant Contact and other tools.

Fast-paced administrative support for NYC based Vice President and 7 Atlanta based Account Directors for $2B business. Managed email communications, calendar scheduling, travel, events, and financial discretion of a $500k event budget.

♦  Planned and managed logistics for large-scale customer events in Atlanta and in Sunnyvale Headquarters. 

♦  Partnered in the creation of an event format template for Account Directors to use for field events which included branded table decor, video reels, swag, and account plan templates.
