● Spearheaded the effort to reprioritize a year-old, outdated product backlog by meeting with
internal stakeholders and customers to conduct a thorough evaluation of each feature against the
company and product vision to ensure alignment.
● Led the development and execution of a strategic product roadmap, and worked collaboratively
with cross-functional teams to efficiently and scalably launch into a new market vertical. Resulting in
the launch of a new vertical with a new set of product features, specifically tailored to that market.
