Anti-Corruption Program 
Anna was a Project Manager responsible for development and implementation of the global Anti-Corruption Program for De Beers Group in line with the UK Bribery Act and other relevant legislations across different countries.  

Establishment of the European Standard in the Diamond Nomenclature  
Anna was involved in setting up the European Standard in the Diamond Nomenclature to increase and sustain the consumer confidence in diamond industry.  
•	Anna was collaborating closely with various segments of the diamond industry, including diamond mining companies such as Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton, lobbying organisations, European Standardisation Organisations  and others on the formulation of the European Standard in Diamond Nomenclature. Anna was responsible for providing industry expertise and advice. Additionally, she was involved in expending the European Standard into other markets, e.g.  India and China, to drive consumer confidence on the world markets.

International and Government Relations Manager

Anna worked for the De Beers’ subsidiary, Diamdel, in Antwerp where she worked with the Sales and Marketing Teams on delivering the company’s strategic objectives through effective implementation and management of diamond auctions and sales across the major diamond industry markets. 
Anna’s responsibilities involved developing and managing client relationships worldwide, ensuring seamless information flows, meeting clients’ needs and expectations while seeking potential for client base growth and business process improvement.
Anna was also involved in seeking opportunities for growth and improvements through an extensive customer feedback survey which assessed the clients’ satisfaction levels and perceptions. This included consultations with clients and analysis of findings.

Anna worked for the DTC Pricing and Planning department within the De Beers’ Sales and Marketing division where she ssuccessfully developed, implemented and managed the Diamond Pricing Project aiming to maximise shareholder value within the De Beers Group.
