Why should any customer trust your brand?

I always look at a straightforward thing before I take on new clients 

Do employees like, share, or comment on their own company posts?

If the answer is no, I know the problem isn't their LinkedIn strategy.

Most of our clients tell me it is about time, skills, or tools.

They ask for more training, better content, or an easy way to share posts.

(P.s. I'm all for that 😁)

But…

When people do not feel proud or safe, no tool can fix that. 

They stay silent….

Employee Advocacy acts like a mirror.

Levensspreuk: Wie het doel niet kent zal de weg niet vinden.

Je doel is misschien wel een hele lastige, want wat is de zin van het leven? Zelf heb ik in het leven niet 1 doel. Een van mijn doelen is gelukkig zijn en misschien wel het grootste. Echter geluk is geen doel maar een keuze. Het doel ligt al in ons, daar zijn we naar zoekende en geeft een drive waaruit ik kan leven.

Voor veel mensen is het hebben van een doel belangrijk. Is dat doel er niet dan liggen burn-out en depressie op de loer.

Als we in een periode met veel stress of Burn-Out komen, ervaren we eigenlijk dat we onszelf kwijt zijn geraakt. Onze eigen "zijn" hebben verloren, we raken leeg, uitgeput en uitgeblust.

Ook in het bedrijfsleven binnen teams zie ik dat dit een steeds groter probleem wordt. Om optimaal samen te kunnen werken dienen alle teamleden in eigen kracht te staan en zich dus gelukkig voelen.
