Why should any customer trust your brand?

I always look at a straightforward thing before I take on new clients 

Do employees like, share, or comment on their own company posts?

If the answer is no, I know the problem isn't their LinkedIn strategy.

Most of our clients tell me it is about time, skills, or tools.

They ask for more training, better content, or an easy way to share posts.

(P.s. I'm all for that 😁)

But…

When people do not feel proud or safe, no tool can fix that. 

They stay silent….

Projectleider Green Incubator / Business Development Manager

Als freelance Projectleider bij Innomics, lever ik een bijdrage aan de verduurzaming van de regio. Ik werk aan inspirerende projecten en de Transitieversneller IJmond. Veel bedrijven versnellen tijdens het versnellingsprogramma om stappen te maken in hun groei- of opschaal fase of hebben een concrete investeringsaanvraag. In mijn rol als Directeur bij Meprofa BV, een dynamisch bedrijf gespecialiseerd in projecten voor de
proces- en voedingsmiddelenindustrie, heb ik mijn strategische, technische en
commerciële inzichten in praktijk gebracht. Binnen een multidisciplinair managementteam werk ik
samen met de leiders van onze verkoop-, engineering-, fabricage-, montage-en serviceafdelingen,
waarbij ik de bedrijfsvisie en -doelen vormgeef.

Het aanbod varieert van klantspecifieke machines en installaties tot het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden op locatie. Daarnaast richten we ons op de bouw en modificatie van
onderdelen voor de offshore-industrie.

Ik ben in het bijzonder betrokken bij het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met onze
klanten in deze uiteenlopende sectoren.

Samen met het fantastische team van ca 30 medewerkers, heb ik onze
