I was contracted to Scopely via Hudson RPO to strategically plan and map out the Web3 space for future growth across several well-known game titles. While I'm bound by a non-disclosure agreement preventing me from divulging further details, my role involved a comprehensive analysis of the Web3 landscape, identifying opportunities for integration within Scopely's gaming ecosystem, and devising strategic initiatives to leverage emerging technologies effectively. Additionally, I was responsible for hands-on recruitment across product marketing and designers. Notably, engineering functions were relocated to Barcelona and other European locations, and I played a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring talent to support this transition. This involved collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, conducting market research, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure Scopely's continued success and innovation in the ever-evolving gaming industry.

I had the privilege of assembling a world-class executive team I hired CRO, CHRO & CMO, complementing the original founding members of the CTO and CEO roles. This was a greenfield site, I had full autonomy and delivered all positions with a $0 agency spend.
