My journey into entrepreneurship and skill-building began when I was 11, growing up in a city of 16,000 people in Northern Europe. Not because someone told me to, but because I was genuinely curious. What began as experiments with side hustles and content creation turned into a lifelong pursuit of learning, serving, and building. Over the last 14+ years, I have taught myself everything I know. Through trial, failure, and relentless improvement.

From creating and editing YouTube videos to even building an online community for thousands around shared interests when I was 14, every step was driven by curiosity and a desire to offer value. Leading and promoting game servers, learning the dynamics of digital platforms, and finding ways to bring people together.

That early start gave me an edge: not just in technical knowledge, but in emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and the ability to truly understand what people need. I've had the honor to work with clients ranging from emerging startups to 7-8 figure businesses and respected influencers worldwide. I care deeply about helping people and businesses win. Freeing up their time by solving real problems and elevating their online presence.

Besides that, my digital presence has grown steadily over the years. Built not on trends or collaborations, but on consistency, clarity, and care. What started on Instagram has reached over 35,000 followers, with LinkedIn now approaching 20,000 followers. Across platforms, more than 60,000 people are part of this awesome journey. Drawn not just to the content, but to the values and vision behind it.

Today, I'm still building. Still solving. Still sharing what I've learned with others. Alongside client work, I'm laying the foundation for a new global community. A space rooted in service, legacy, and long-term thinking where people don't just grow their businesses, but also become better people.

I have always believed in practical solutions, long-term relationships, and the kind of innovation that starts small, even if it takes more time to achieve. The future? It's still unfolding. But the mission stays the same: to serve, lead, and build something worth passing on. Something that makes our lives better collectively.

But the question you need to ask yourself:

Which one would you like to be to yourself?

Of course, there are moments when you're 
the one who has to push yourself forward.

Who says it's time to get up or take a step.

Who won't give up when facing challenges.

The truth is, finding that balance between 
both sides is something that can work best.

So we know when to celebrate small wins,

And when to push ourselves a little more.

Because that balance between both sides 
helps us to adjust when it's really needed.

By the end of the day, those are our goals,

And nobody else will achieve them for us.

We need to show up for ourselves daily.

So figure out when to be your own friend 
and when to test your current limitations.

A former Nurse and Civil
Servant I discovered Yoga after a recurrence of Breast Cancer in 2016. I used gentle movement, relaxation, mudras and meditation to support my recovery. My yoga mat became my sanctuary and remains so to this day. 
I am one of just over 300 Zenways trained teachers of yoga. This foundation enables me to teach Hatha and Zen Yoga, to take a spiritual and holistic approach to my teaching. 
I have subsequently trained to teach Yin Yoga to complement the muscular strength that traditional yoga achieves with the nourishing and strengthening of connective tissue in the body, whilst tuning into the rest and digest mode of the Parasympathetic Nervous System. 
I also support women during and after pregnancy to find comfort in body and mind, through modified movement and relaxation, individually or in a supportive group setting. 
I love to teach beginners and introduce them to the magic that is Yoga. Enabling them to recognise that the practice has something to offer everyone and is not just about the poses. 
Through my teaching, I aim to improve the health and well-being of my students, with a particular focus on reducing tension and anxiety to support both body and mind.
