WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE: You can take the girl out of tech, but you can’t take the tech out of the girl!  I grew up professionally in the IT industry and tech, algorithms and systems are in my blood.  As a result, I’ve developed a unique, proprietary Personal Branding software, self study program and a world class online academy.

MY STORY: Having spent the past 17 years both creating and running my own software company, along with working as a Coach & Consultant for clients such as Open Universities, UNSW,  Entrepreneurs & Coaches, I have a unique perspective & passion for the importance of commercialising knowledge and wisdom in today’s marketplace.

Founded Medicus’ Healthcare IT Practice, hiring the first two senior executives of what is projected to be a multi-million dollar revenue generator for the company. Proactively sourced passive candidates, interviewed, negotiated and extended offers, and secured commitments based on compelling presentation of career advantages to be gained.

Consistently hired 3-4 Sales Recruiters monthly, sourcing via referrals, cold-calls, job postings, and social networking. Beginning Q1 2012 (coinciding with my hire), Medicus’ stated hiring goals were to aggressively scale, with a view to double in size from approx. 100 to 200+ within a 1 year time frame. 

Successfully closed 30 out of 31 open requisitions. The only outstanding requisition was an Executive Level Consulting/Professional Services role, the requirements for which were still being defined by the leadership team.

Introduced and administered LinkedIn Recruiter tools to expand sourcing avenues. Established social networking presence, building a network of close to 200 targeted prospects within 6 months via LinkedIn
