Furthermore, I am responsible for effective pricing adjustments that deliver profitable omnichannel sales of products and services. In cooperation with the head of marketing, I oversee the implementation of all marketing and sales activities of dedicated sales channels.

•	Team leader for a team of 3 managers and 2 specialists, including work coordination, recruitment, motivation and support;

I was primarily responsible for leading a team of (up to) 8 E-commerce professionals that managed 8 webshops and 8 brands on 2 markets; Mango, NutriBullet, Dormeo, Delimano, Rovus, TopShop, and Wellneo in the Polish Market, and Walkmaxx in the Polish and German markets.  I ensured that sales targets and KPIs are met through a savvy advertising approach, creative content implementation, and effective team coordination that delivers a flawless customer experience. I am developing and adjusting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales budgets, revenue projections, and profitability calculations, and ensuring that budgets and targets were adhered to. 
 
Main tasks and responsibilities:
-     Team leader for a team of 8 specialists and managers, including work coordination, recruitment, motivation and support;
-     Planning internet sales channel P&L, including forecasting and seeking improvement opportunities that have a positive impact on channel EBIT-DA;
-    Preparing advertising plans and budget file with full split and over 1 million € yearly budget allocation for online advertising and media: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Remarketing, Programmatic, Affiliate, …;
-     Formulating e-commerce strategy, coordinating online sales activities, and working hand-in-hand with other departments (marketing, logistics, customer care, accounting), sales channels (DRTV, inbound call center, print, retail), headquarter team, and external agencies;
-     Creating regular reports & analyses for ongoing optimization to meet company and channel KPIs;
-     Supporting the improvement of internal flows and operations with various recommendations for processes, campaign implementation, and content improvements.

As an e-commerce Projects Leader, I was in charge of the development and management of new and strategically essential e-commerce projects, primarily in the Polish market and later in the German market. I assisted the country management team in developing and executing digital strategies and sales approaches for 9 in-house brands; the most well-known in the Polish market are Mango and Nutribullet. I was also (co)managing and coordinating the work and priorities of the 8-member e-commerce content team.
