Cette mission m'a permis de rassembler à la fois mes compétences de marketeur ainsi que ma passion pour les énergies renouvelables. Domaine dans lequel j'ai fait mes études à l'école des Mines de Paris et où j'ai travaillé pendant 3 ans en tant que consultant. 🤓

Mes missions au sein de l'association ont été de👇🏼

➡️ Participer à la définition du plan marketing et du positionnement de Qualit’EnR.
➡️ Identifier et actionner les leviers de croissance. Détecter les opportunités de marché / produits.
➡️ Proposer de nouveaux axes porteurs pour le développement de Qualit’EnR.
➡️ Challenger le mix produit entre : offre commerciale, relation client et taux de fidélisation, politique
de prix, structure du revenu, modes de commercialisation.
➡️ Optimiser et identifier tous les leviers pour générer de nouveaux leads.
➡️ Gérer les leads entrants
➡️ Challenger et améliorer le service client 
➡️ Améliorer le funnel d’acquisition, les bases de données clients et leur utilisation
➡️ Définir les indicateurs clés et évaluer la performance commerciale
➡️ Benchmarker le marché et la concurrence.

Passionné par l'innovation et le digital, j'ai décidé en 2020 d'entamer une reconversion dans le marketing digital. 
Et comme la meilleure façon d'apprendre, c'est sur le terrain, j'ai décidé de lancer mon entreprise cette année-là pour développer mes compétences et me tester à l'entrepreneuriat.

Mise en place d'une architecture entière permettant d'exploiter toute la puissance des réseaux sociaux pour acquérir des clients B2B & B2C.

Objectif : Attirer des personnes à soi, vendre ses services & développer son activité.

PROCESS

Optimisation des process existants et automatisation. Mise en place de documentation des process et estimation des coûts actuels.

J'améliore et j'optimise entièrement la face cachée de l'iceberg du business.

Objectif: Optimiser son temps et gagner en performance.
   

Aujourd'hui, j'ai une formation sur la prospection et l'automatisation pour montrer aux entrepreneurs et commerciaux à prospecter efficacement et générer des rdv en automatique sur linkedin en 20 min/ jour sans dépenser 1 seul €.

Après avoir décroché mon diplôme d’ingénieurs aux Mines de Paris, j’ai travaillé plusieurs années dans le consulting dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables.

Passionné d’entrepreneuriat, j’ai monté plusieurs projets en parallèle de mon activité : solution e-commerce, tech, ou encore prestation de service.

J’ai connu les difficultés de ceux qui débutent : celles de trouver les premiers clients, celles de faire croître ses activités sans y passer jours et nuits. Puis c’est avec méthode que j’ai réussi à les dépasser.

Car plafonner ou avoir des difficultés, c’est avant tout une question de méthode.

Aujourd'hui j'enseigne à mes heures perdues les méthodes pour prospecter, vendre et automatiser sa prospection sur Linkedin en générant des rendez-vous en automatique sur linkedin pour 0 € / mois.

Et à temps plein, j'exerce mes deux passions chez Wilco en accompagnant les startups sur leur stratégie marketing et leur développement commercial.
