Launched Gosh! Kids, a creative arts education programme (photography, art, design) and community that transforms children from passive consumers into active creators. In all we do, we want to bring our children's creativity to the next level.

I write content for Gosh! Kids and my own newsletter (Five For Your Hive), with the aim of inspiring readers to rethink their perspectives towards creativity & life.

Begun my creative journey in 2013 as a photographer (conceptual and art photography, focused on branding) and have collaborated with brands such as Apple. Many of my past work and portfolio of photographs can be found on my instagram @mathieubeth.

Previously part of a dynamic team of transport planners who plan the future transportation infrastructure for Singapore - shaping the future transportation network that includes identifying, developing and evaluating new road and rail infrastructure projects.

- Planned and carried out needs assessment for Men's and Women's 7s Rugby Team in collaboration with team management and high performance team (e.g. SnC Coach, Physiotherapist, Psychologist)
- Established simple nutrition protocol for players surrounding training and match day
- Conducted series of nutrition-related talks and a cooking demo for players and coaches
- Conducted individual player nutrition consultations on optimizing nutrition for sports performance
- Developed resources on various nutrition related topics (e.g. supplement use, fuelling for sport, competition day nutrition etc.)
- Provided input on suitability of pre-packed meals and nutrition supplement use in discussion with team sponsors
- Provided match-day assistance with hydration and fuelling

Sports Dietitian

Sengkang General Hospital

- Providing medical nutrition therapy to patients across various clinical disciplines in both inpatient and outpatient settings 
- Developed an array of resources (e.g. clinical practice guidelines, education materials, PowerPoint slides, handouts, infographic) for patient education, professional development and media platforms
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professions in a multi-disciplinary team setting to optimize patient care and currently leading a quality improvement project on improving the serving of oral nutrition supplements at the ward level.
- Assisted with department-level report creation and data generation for tracking and analysis of department workload and key performance indicators
- Liaised and collaborated with various community partners and stakeholders (active ageing centres) to conduct needs assessment, develop nutrition resources and implement interventions to increase knowledge and self-efficacy of residents residing in the community
- Supervised dietetics students as part of their curricular placement to achieve competency in dietetics-related skills and knowledge
