Drawing from my work with community leaders in Myanmar, grassroots organizations in El Salvador, and diverse communities in Chicago, I've developed a deep appreciation for how cultural context, systemic influences, and personal narratives shape our journeys. My experience implementing programs, managing volunteers, and driving organizational growth has honed my ability to connect meaningfully with people while honoring their unique stories and perspectives.

Previously, I led teams implementing marketing and branding campaigns, building custom web solutions in the lean-startup scene, and managed thousands of volunteers both locally and internationally. Throughout these roles, I maintained a focus on creating positive impact, solving complex problems innovatively, and prioritizing human experiences.
