I describe my career as fifteen-years of hopscotch between corporate and creative — from acting college and indie theatre, to scaling tech start-ups with zero-cost strategy, to founding a fintech eligible for $100m aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

A Board Advisor and Innovation SME at the Australian Institute of Management, I’m the author of two books: Applied Creativity, and Why Smart People Aren’t Creative.

My work explores creative skills, abstract intelligence, and the limits of technical expertise in high-stakes innovation and complex decision-making.
