To create sustainable change in organizational culture, you often need to change your perspective on things like business, organization and management.  

Almost always, you also need to change your perspective on things such  as purpose, processes and people. 

More fundamentally, you need to change the perspective on yourself. How do you and your leadership affect the outcome of a change process? What inside you, yourself, helps shaping the performance of others? 

And eventually the question arises: Who ARE you?

- I help you as an individual find your way to a more genuine leadership, and a life more complete in every aspect. 
- I help your organization find its way to a more focused and purposeful leadership performance, as well as more inspirational and trustful ways of communicating. 

My means of doing this are coaching, lectures, workshops, courses and programs. I arrange open programs as well as in-house programs designed particularly for your organization.
