Harvest Chocolate, is a bean-to-bar chocolate company that handcrafts seasonal chocolate bars and Snacking Chocolate for everyday moments. We use simple, organic ingredients, source fresh cacao seasonally, using local fruits from the season to add unique flavors to our chocolate.  

We make chocolate that anyone could enjoy, regardless of allergies or dietary restrictions and support farmers locally and abroad by using only the season's best harvest—from cacao beans to local fruits.

There is something surreal about standing in front of giant letters, lit up, bold, spelling out the name you work every day to build:

It looks powerful. Structured. Bold. 

And then the music starts 🎵 

Suddenly the “big serious SKO” turns into a barn full of adults trying to learn how to line dance:

At one point I looked around and saw it clearly: a seasoned team, some more vulnerable than others, willing to look slightly ridiculous together.

Ok, very ridiculous. There’s a video somewhere, and I am not willing to share it 😂

That’s not small. That’s trust.

We talk about moving fast in 2026: mastering AI, tightening execution, raising the bar across every function.

But you cannot move fast if you do not trust the people next to you, if everyone is protecting their image. 

So hey, if I am willing to step onto a dance floor and miss a beat in front of everyone, I am willing to do whatever it takes to help this team win, in the big moments and in the small ones.

There is a moment at every SKO when people stop performing.

It does not happen during the keynote. For the first hour or two, everyone is quiet and serious, observing, listening — even if they’ve known each other for years. 

The real moment happens later, when the music is louder than the talking, when people forget that they are supposed to look composed, and instead they just laugh.

I have been in rooms where every word was measured and every gesture carefully calculated. Those rooms are suffocating.

This SKO was not that.

This was a team that carries enormous responsibility, aggressive targets, market pressure, and yet we were willing to laugh together. 

This team TRUSTED each other. 

We talk endlessly about speed, orchestration, precision, performance. But speed without trust is nothing.

When I look at these photos, I see a team that knows excellence does not exclude joy.

Trust —> confidence.

That’s the kind of room I will choose, every time.

Thinking about our New Orleans SKO - this hits different.

We were on the water, somewhere between cypress trees and overcast sky, when we all spotted him: 🐊 completely still on the bank. Not sleeping, but waiting, watching.

I respect the gator. That patience is real discipline. Knowing when NOT to move is a skill most people never develop. I’ve had years where the gator was the right model - hold your ground, conserve energy, strike only when the moment is perfect, when *intent spikes. 

But this is not one of those years. This is the year of the 🐎 

Horse does not allow for a year of careful observation, building the perfect model, waiting for the perfect signal, or holding for more data. 

The AI disruption of B2B discovery is not slowing down. The window to be first on the shortlist (before intent becomes visible, before the committee forms, before your competitor lands the opening meeting) is narrow.

Patience is a strategy. Momentum is a weapon.

This year, we ride.

The I-95 corridor from Philly through Boston is currently hosting a live demo of “Snowicane 2026” complete with hurricane-force winds and dramatic weather maps labeling entire cities as doomed. 

The region was basically told “good luck.”

Respect to the meteorologists for creativity. Appreciate the commitment to the narrative.

So, I took the last available flight yesterday and landed a day early in a different kind of storm: SKO.
