As an Employment Success Manager, I spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive workflow to streamline processes, collaborating closely with the IT team to integrate multiple software platforms seamlessly. I managed and coordinated projects across five teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency. I actively engaged in business development at conferences, fostering relationships with hiring managers to better understand and meet their needs.
