- Reported to the Managing Director and managed the strategic direction of the senior leadership team. In addition, managed the organisational effectiveness of the sales, operations and finance functions of the Group (150+ employees), across Sydney, Nowra and Shanghai. 
- Accountable for development and execution of outcomes-based business plans resulting in YoY revenue growth of avg 100%+ and significant EBITDA margin improvement.
- During leadership tenure, Essence was awarded the high-profile, 2019 Australian Exporter of the Year Award (Agribusiness and Food) by the Australian Trade and Investment Commission for outstanding export achievements.
