Over the years I’ve scaled SaaS platforms, built agency systems, run AI product demos, sold six-figure deals, and helped refugee developers land real work. I don’t sit still — I jump in where things need structure, traction, or a reality check.

I helped scale Wurkr from 0 to 50,000 users and $1.2M raised. At Teemyco, I built early partnerships and now help shape an AI meeting assistant people might actually use. At Secret Source, I rebuilt the GTM strategy and pricing model. At Na’amal Agency, I spend a couple of days a week building out delivery systems with refugee tech talent.

- Oversight and administration of "Influtitive", Elastic's advocacy tech platform, to support advocate identification and engagement of customer advocates.
- Supporting the team to secure customers to participate in market testimonials, media opportunities, analyst references, and speaking engagements.

- Work with the Head of Product Marketing and the sales team to identify and engage key customers for testimonials, case studies, and other forms of social proof (and support on creation of this content).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey and experience.
- Align with other key internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and analyze targeted marketing programs across various channels, including email, webinars, and direct outreach.
- Gather and relay user product feedback to the Product team, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Support the product-led go-to-market (GTM) strategy by assisting with campaign materials, including product-led editorial content and case studies
- In collaboration with the Head of Product Marketing, design and implement automated email workflows to support customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal.
- Lead on user interviews and own case study development within the remit of our Buyer Persona structure.

Customer Marketing Specialist

- Manage and maintain our social media presence across relevant platforms. Develop and schedule engaging posts to build brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and engage with our target audience.
- Create informative content aligned with our product offerings, including blog articles, ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
-  Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager and Channel Marketing Manager to ensure content marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives. 
- Run monthly calls with the Sales team to ensure they are fully supported to help them drive results
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, drive launches, and set targets, tracking and analysing the success of all activities
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including planning, content creation, design, and deployment. Maintaining the marketing database and segmentation strategies to ensure the most relevant messaging to the right audience at the right time.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimise email performance, including subject lines, messaging, calls-to-action, and design.
- Create and drive the entire customer advocacy programme. Work with the CSM to build case studies, testimonials and other content that showcases client success, to tracking how brand advocacy is leveraged in sales cycles and marketing activities.

- Lead on the update of all existing product and service content, including versions for US English, different customer segments that reflect the new messaging and creative.
- Identify gaps in our sales enablement content and then lead on scoping and delivering new case studies, brochures and product materials every quarter, ensuring business needs are met and delivery is met in good time.
- Lead delivery on all events (internal and external), ensuring all stakeholders are briefed for optimum results.
- Ownership of data management and process set-ups to ensure a clean database, including maintenance and management of HubSpot Log.

- Own the lead qualification process - including qualifying all website inbounds and handing over to Sales.
- Manage and execute email campaigns from start to finish, evaluating the email and database performance in a range of scenarios. Working alongside the wider marketing team to bring campaigns to life.
