Over the years I’ve scaled SaaS platforms, built agency systems, run AI product demos, sold six-figure deals, and helped refugee developers land real work. I don’t sit still — I jump in where things need structure, traction, or a reality check.

I helped scale Wurkr from 0 to 50,000 users and $1.2M raised. At Teemyco, I built early partnerships and now help shape an AI meeting assistant people might actually use. At Secret Source, I rebuilt the GTM strategy and pricing model. At Na’amal Agency, I spend a couple of days a week building out delivery systems with refugee tech talent.

What I’m best at: joining the dots, simplifying what’s overcomplicated, and nudging teams from “we should do this” to “we did it, and it worked.”

In 2005, I was a 9 years old kid from Hong Kong who left home to study at a boarding school in the UK. Back then, I had no website nor Instagram to see what I was getting myself into. Imagine you are the parents and you had to send your child abroad without knowing how it will end up.

So, in 2017 when I ran into the amazing VR technology, I started imagining, what if I had a 3D virtual tour of the school or a VR experience that gave me a glimpse into my future. 

That is how Deseo VR was born.
