💙 💙  I’ve been working on a case study with the help of some amazing Titan Intake clients.

My goal was to capture the before and after — but also the during (implementing new tools inside existing workflows + EMRs is never so simple)

I’ve met with team members across a multi-site specialty group in marketing, finance, and referral admin. Their perspectives gave me deeper insight into what healthcare teams actually deal with on their day to day (with and without tools) — and what really matters when choosing a partner.

After moving from manual to automated referrals, they:

-eliminated backlog entirely
-increased referral capacity + conversion rates
-saved money while increasing revenue
-reduced stress for staff across departments
