Designed and Developed the 'Internet of Clean'​ connected service offering, a platform that uses Internet of Things (IoT) technology to improve service delivery, improve customer experience, and provide insights to Diversey customers that:

 - reduced the likelihood of food borne illness
 - improved employee compliance with hand hygiene policy
 - improved labor efficiency for customers using Diversey products and solutions
 - improved the overall performance and servicing of Diversey equipment through remote monitoring
 - created a new IoT based services revenue channel

Responsibilities included creation of a focused eRevolution team and the development and execution of a go-to market strategy and business case for a connected equipment service offering. Led $2M eLearning project with a team of 10. Generated the process implementation plans for multiple projects. Mentored teams and individuals in the execution of various workflows and artifact generation in support of the Monitored and reported on team’s adherence to process and develop/execute training mentoring activities to improve process adherence and overall productivity.

Client: Prada – Methodology Process Coach/Mentor
RUP Coach/Mentor for 100+ Development Team for Prada’s New Epicenter Store in New York City. This project was a high-end retail multimedia development project. Rolled out enterprise wide adoption of RUP to Icon Media Lab New York Offices. Documented current business processes in existing stores and designed the new business process in the Epicenter Store to fit the technology developed specifically for the store. Developed a change management process for the project and maintained the accuracy of the requirements throughout the life of the project. Worked with the development teams to ensure the requirements were understood and implemented correctly. 

Client: Liberty Mutual Commercial Markets – Process Team Lead
Developed a work breakdown structure for the project and estimated project duration. Traveled to multiple locations and facilitated requirement definition sessions with domain experts. Mentored the project team in the development of use case diagrams, specifications and test cases. Assisted other Liberty Mutual project teams by reviewing and approving artifacts and process in a Quality Assurance role.
